I would say text her as soon as you feel like it. Because essentially, you cannot screw up with a girl that is really interested in you.
So, for example, if you feel like texting her five minutes after meeting her then do it. And, if she is the right girl for you then she will find that endearing...if she's not the right girl, she could think you were desperate or a stalker...But chances are, if you had a great connection, she will feel like that text was 4 minutes late.
